Premier Inn Telford International Centre Hotel

Easy to access from the local Motorway. The local multi-story parking is close by with a short walk through a pedestrian precinct of 100-150m from the car (ideally level 2) to the front door of the hotel. The hotel entrance is a little underwhelming at street-level, with the reception on the first floor. Bedrooms, beds & breakfast (gluten-free, cooked to order) were great as usual for Premier Inn. Free WiFi worked well. One of two lifts was not working, but this isn't an issue when it's quiet. Also had a small issue with the shower head not locking at a good angle, but nothing too major. Noise from the town can be heard in a quiet room, but it calms down at a reasonable hour for sleep. Views over the Christmas stalls in the precinct and the city park to the south were great from our third floor full height window. Our preschoolers loved it & so did we!

We stayed for one night in a family room. The hotel is located centrally within the pedestrianised area amongst lots of facilities including bars / restaurants, cinema, bowling and the excellent town park area. The room was a good size with a view over the lake towards the town park and could not fault it. The restaurant is very well presented and was not busy. Breakfast was made to order and was excellent. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Was slightly concerned about the parking situation but that really was not a problem at all and actually served our purposes well. Requesting a ticket was not an option, the car park scans your number plate upon entry. You can enter your reg on a screen at the Premier Inn reception and it caps your parking fee at £3. Upon exit of the car park, enter registration at a pay machine and pay by card the £3 fee. We are having a good run with Premier Inn's at the moment, especially with those that have their 'own' quiet restaurant area near reception rather than within a pub chain. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely return.

Had a very pleasant stay in end of June here. The staff was very friendly and helped with some requests, service was so good. The room was bigger than expected too and clean. We had window over the city center but no noise at all. The breakfast was super fresh, there were not many guests so we ordered whatever we wanted and cook made it fresh. Amazing experience, tasted better than most restaurants i had breakfast in. If I come back to Telford I will come back definitely to this premier inn.
